The Perspective Behind the Firm

A note from Ashlee Shuler, Founder

After years of listening to leaders describe the same platform challenges, I realized the market did not need another implementation partner. Organizations needed a partner focused on what happens as implementation dependency begins to fade and real ownership needs to emerge.

A successful deployment does not automatically create clear accountability, internal capability, confident leaders, or an operating model for continuous innovation. Without those foundations, backlogs grow, partner dependency increases, decisions slow down, support teams burn out, and the organization struggles to keep pace with Workday and emerging AI capabilities.

I founded Shuler Advisory Group to help organizations close that gap. SAG builds the ownership capability required to govern, support, prioritize, and continuously evolve enterprise platforms.

My Commitment

My role is not to make your organization more dependent on another advisor. It is to help you create clarity around what your organization should own, what should be sourced, how decisions should be made, and how your teams and partners should work together.
